Do you ever realize that we spend so much money on smoothies and acai bowls that add up to about $10 when really it would probably cost you half that amount to actually make?

UGH happens to me all the time and you don’t realize it until you lay out the ingredients in front of your eyes and there’s really only 3 that makes for your base for a yummy acai bowl.

Smoothies and fruit bowls are one of my favorite things to eat for a refreshing, energy packed, and nutrient dense snack or breakfast.

Here is how I’ve been making my Acai Bowls in Byron Bay:


– Acai Powder
– Frozen Mixed Berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
– Fresh Mixed Berries
– Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice

Have fun, anything your heart desires!
I used…
– Coconut flakes
– Star Fruit
– Kiwi
– Paw Paw slices
– Blueberries
– Strawberries
– Almonds


1) Toss in 1 TSP of Acai Powder, 1 Cup Frozen Berries, a handful of fresh mixed berries, and 1/2 cup of Orange Juice (can use milk or optional juice…)
2) Pour mixture into bowl and slice up your desired toppings and place them on top!

SO EASY AND SUPER FRESH! Enjoy that Acai Life.
