Smudge sticks – are something you burn to give you good vibes? TRUTH.
I have tried a smudge stick not in a form of a log before so this was interesting because they burn differently and they all have unique aromas. In particular, the Palo Santo comes from trees that die in a natural way. So according to Luna Sundara, when the trees die they go through a process of decomposition where they produce a oil with medicinal and aromatic properties. Taking it back to history, Palo Santo in particular helps to deepen your spiritual vibes and mindset and was used in traditional Peruvian spiritual rituals to help bring in good luck and wave off negativity.

So bout last night- I was coconut oil pulling and burning the Palo Santo Sticks for a bit in my room because I was curious on the smell and the inner vibes I got from it. I also sprayed some aromatherapy mist as well so my room literally smelt like a bunch of exquisite herbs and plants it was amazing lol. Like if I were to blind fold someone and they were to walk into my room while I was burning the sticks they would probably feel like they were in a airy mystical forest in a fairy tail or something, hope that convinces you to try them out haha!
Some of my friends say they get freaked out burning smudge sticks for some reason but I personally like the whole process of it. The smell, the atmosphere, and it just gives you a reminder to be positive in life. Check out Luna Sandara if your looking to try smudging and remember to burn with caution!
