I can’t even begin to tell you all how impressed I am with not only these incredibly awesome products made from natural harvested honey but also the amazing story behind Reeny’s Butterflies, Blooms, & Bees. I read Maureen’s newest blog post on her journey as a entrepreneur, and how passionate she is about bee keeping and her goals to someday open her own retail store. As a striving entrepreneur myself, this story really inspires me to believe in my dreams and it’s amazing to see others out there that have this passion to pursue their goals because at the end of the day it boils down to how much you want it and how much courage you have to pursue it. I believe that Maureen will definitely be able to open her own retail store in the future because her products are simply amazing. It’s affordable, natural, and works SO well.
Natural Emulsified Sugar Scrub
This sugar scrub got me singing “The Best I’ve Ever Had” by Drake because this scrub got me feeling some typa way. Let me just start with the ingredients used in this heavenly product. You know how some sugar scrubs just dissolve really quickly and don’t actually feel like scrub because the sugar just melts away in a matter of a few seconds before you can actually start exfoliating? Well this scrub uses this organic raw cane sugar and of course paired perfectly with Maureen’s honey! This is the absolute best scrub ever and I savour every moment in the shower when I’m using this scrub.
After you hop out the shower after using the handmade sugar scrub or soap from Reeny’s Butterflies, Blooms & Bees, top it all off with this Calendula Body Butter. Made from infused petals of the calendula flower along side the combination from the natural beeswax, this body butter ensures your skin is fully moisturized and pampered. I love how when I use this at night, I wake up to smooth skin feeling just as moisturized from the moment I applied it on. Sometimes the issue with body moisturizers is they don’t have a long lasting power, but this is definitely not the case with the Calendula Body Butter.
Ahhh Spring is almost here! You know what that means. Longer days with the sunshine 🙂 Protect your skin using this natural sunscreen made with ingredients that won’t harm your skin and will protect your skin from the UV rays. This SPF 30 sunscreen is made with shea butter and coconut oil and natural beeswax which additionally makes this product waterproof! Perfect to use to enjoy all your outdoor activities from picnics by the beach to a relaxing bike ride.
Handmade Artisan Soaps
I got sent three soaps from Reeny’s Butterflies, Blooms & Bees handmade soap collection which includes all natural ingredients with a focus on using the harvested honey and beeswax from Maureen’s Beehives. These soaps seriously smell incredibly delicious. I had them out in my room for a couple hours and walked into my room smelling like love with a dose of sparkles and unicorns. If that doesn’t convince you how great these soaps are, well I mean just look at them, their beautifully designed and crafted like a master art piece! She has a big selection of soap scents from Miami Mojitos to Cappuccino Coffee, she has it all. Here are the three scents I tried out and the benefits of each:
Lavender Lemonade Soap
♡Refreshing and sweet
“Lavender is great for the skin. Some of its skin benefits include that of being antiseptic, and anti fungal which helps reduce scarring and speeds healing. The essential oil is also an anti inflammatory and circulatory stimulant.”
♡Smooth and creamy
“The fragrance oil that I used in this soap smells just like a black raspberry vanilla dessert.”
♡Rich and earthy
“This is a very understated bar of soap. The coloring is all natural from the sugars in the honey, mead and beeswax. It is scented with, Patchouli, Orange, and Clove Bud essential oils.”
