So I know that a lot of you, including myself,are going through exam season with that overwhelming feeling of stress. Take for example, not only did a brake my Mac laptop a few days ago, I also finished my exam last night knowing I completely answered a question worth 15% wrong, and you know dealing with all the other kinda stress that comes with life. But you know what? I’ll get through it and you will too,with whatever stress your dealing with right now. So here I put together somethings I use to de-stress because you always have to remember that your mental health is important too. Don’t neglect this guys!!

Keep Calm, Drink Tea
When your feeling stressed, take a break and drink a cup of tea. For me, tea is the most relaxing thing to consume when your under pressure. Take a break and chill out to your fav snack to some Buzzfeed videos or anything you like watching, or even take a scroll through my blog and read some of my other blog posts 😉
So next time your stressing, and I know its hard to do sometimes, but try to remember that stressing about it won’t actually help the situation in anyway. Life is really too short to be dwelling on somethings that bring stress and sadness in your life and when you encounter those things, pick yourself back up because no one else will and that’s the truth.
