You know that feeling of having a heavy lipstick on and the struggle you have when your trying to eat? Or how about when that breeze blows by and you instantly protect your lipstick from the wind? I’ve been on the hunt for a good matte lipstick for quite sometime now and that’s until I came across Lime Crime‘s Velvetine Lipsticks.

Lime Crime is a online cosmetics store based in the U.S. that carry’s a wide selection of lipstick colours from shades of nude to vibrant colours like purple. The Velvetine lipsticks are applied as a liquid, which then dry matte. My favourite thing about these lipsticks are that they have a matte finish that doesn’t dry out your lips, and the colour pigmentation will last you the whole day. I love that I can go about my day without any sort of discomfort while I’m eating or drinking which I found that I had when I wore other lipsticks. Also with Lime Crime, one application is all you need to last the whole day which saves the hassle of reapplying. I’m personally really picky when it comes to what I put on my lips so the best kind of lipstick for me would be having the product on my lips without me actually feeling like its there. Lime Crime’s Velvetines are hands down the best lipstick on the market.

Not only does Lime Crime have the benefits of what a lipstick should be able to do, but they also have unique colours that aren’t found in your typical retail stores. The application of the product isn’t too difficult, but do take caution when your applying since they are extremely pigmented.
