I seriously can’t get enough of these bars. They are a nutrient/energy bar that are made with all natural ingredients and sugars to help sustain energy. I love that SoLo Energy is a Canadian company and their products are all certified low glycemic, gluten-free, and kosher. They come in eight really delicious flavours, of which I have been sampling ALL OF THE BARS!
Another thing I love about SoLo Bars is that they are so convenient to bring with me. When I’m heading from work and going straight to the gym, or from my lectures to my on-campus yoga classes, I always have a SoLo Bar with me that I can eat before or after my workout. I’ve been trying to dedicate my time to maintaining a healthy lifestyle and these bars give me enough energy to help push through my workouts after a long day. These bars help keep me going for a good three hours, which also makes for a good hiking snack that I like to bring with me when I’m doing a physical activity for a longer period of time.
